RETURNS

We are unable to accept return products once they have been delivered or delivery has commenced.

If a product is found to be faulty you must advise us by email info@manorlodgefood.com indicating your order number and a description of the faulty goods and where possible a photograph. This must be done at the earliest possible opportunity to allow us to rectify the situation in a timely manner. We will advise you by email if we need to collect the item and the goods should be stored in the appropriate manner.

YOUR RIGHT TO A REFUND

In the unlikely event that we have made an error in picking your order, please advise us immediately by emailing info@manorlodgefood.com We will investigate the matter within 48 hours and if appropriate will refund you the price of the missing item(s) within 2 working days. (Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays).
