Returns & Refunds Policy


We are unable to accept return products once they have been delivered or delivery has commenced.

If a product is found to be faulty you must advise us by email indicating your order number and a description of the faulty goods and where possible a photograph. This must be done at the earliest possible opportunity to allow us to rectify the situation in a timely manner. We will advise you by email if we need to collect the item and the goods should be stored in the appropriate manner.


In the unlikely event that we have made an error in picking your order, please advise us immediately by emailing We will investigate the matter within 48 hours and if appropriate will refund you the price of the missing item(s) within 2 working days. (Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays).
